Returns Policy

At Gentle Giant, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we offer a straightforward returns policy to ensure a hassle-free return experience.    

Eligibility for Returns   

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Items must be in the original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.    

Non-Returnable Items   

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Customized or personalized items    

Return Process  

  1. Request a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [Email Address] with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return. 
  2. Receive Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions if your return is approved.   
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, and include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  
  4. Inspection and Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.    

Exchanges  

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.    

Damaged or Defective Items  

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info.gentlegiant@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and provide instructions for returning the damaged or defective item at our expense.    

Refunds   

  • Processing Time: Refunds typically take [number of days] days to process once we receive your return.
  • Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item.
